    Maine law now states that we can accept digital copies of a medical card, as long as it has the issue date, expiration date, and is signed by a provider.

    In order to avoid any waiting period, try ordering your new medical marijuana card before it’s actually expired.

  • Yes, Pied Cow takes out of state patients including the following states: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington, DC.

    Note, you still need a valid medical card and valid State ID issued by matching states. We can now accept passports as “State IDs”. The limit for out of state patients is 2.5 oz maximum (or 70g) within a 15 day period.

  • Unfortunately we cannot sell to out of state Caregivers.

    We can only sell to Maine Caregivers if they are accompanied by a Medical Marijuana Patient from a state that has reciprocity with Maine. The Medical Marijuana Patient must posses a State ID and a Medical Marijuana Card from matching states.

  • Unfortunately, no. Medical Marijuana Patients must be 21+ of age to purchase cartridges.

    This is due to a new rule change that classifies cartridges as “tobacco products” in the state of Maine. 

    Note: Pre-Rolls are no longer classified as a “tobacco product”. Therefore, they can be purchased by Medical Marijuana Patients under 21 years old.
